During my career, I had the opportunity to train engineers in the field of aircraft architecture, and to give conferences on forward looking  subjects.

Today I support companies in their innovation process, often by coaching teams.

My interventions often have the main objective of developing a state of mind and methods that will lead a person or a team to set or take on new challenges.

 

For communities, in addition to the need to motivate teams, the problem of current societal changes, linked to energy of course, but also to sustainable development, the evolution of lifestyles and mobility, the implementation place of short circuits, budgetary rigor and the acquisition of new equipment, often requires an external and experienced vision on these subjects. I then provide my overall analysis of complex problems with the aim of highlighting key points to be addressed and defining a map of actions to be carried out.
